Welcome to the IB Asia Pacific Educator Network Application System

Thank you for your interest in becoming part of the IB educator network.

A few elements you should be aware of:

1. Ensure that you have carefully read the Guide to application for training before deciding to complete this application
2. The application form may be modified  as many times as necessary and completed in several sittings (please be sure to keep your log-in details). However, only complete applications will be considered for trainings.
3. The application will take a minimum of 30 minutes to be fully completed
4. Question 16 asks for your 'personal motivation' in 300 words, we advise you to prepare this section in advance of completing the application form.
5. Question 26 asks you to upload the following documents, we advise you to prepare the documents in advance of completing the application form: curriculum vitae, unit planner, curriculum/course overview
6. Question 36 asks you to upload the completed, signed and scanned copy of the terms and conditions document. Please keep this document ready in advance of completing the application form. Click on the link to download Terms and Conditions document.
7. NB you must complete the on-line application form & select an event to be considered for training. If a training event is not available, upon completion of the application, you will automatically be notified when the next applicable training event is scheduled, e.g. WSL training, SV training etc. for you to select.
8. Ensure that you have read the IBAP IB Educator Travel and Expenses Policy in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions document.

We remind you that all training will be in English unless specified in the training information. We encourage those who are also fluent in other languages to apply.

Please note:

• The regional office will select suitable candidates from all the applications received based on the anticipated regional needs for the upcoming year.
• Participation in the trainings does not guarantee you become a part of the IB Educator Network for the roles you apply for.
